X-Lite X-1005 ELEGANCE N-COM modular helmet in Matt Black fibre

It is the new X-lite openable, the result of a widely renewed design approach with the aim of offering the best possible synthesis of the Nolan and X-lite experiences. It stands out for its elegant and dynamic design, powerful personality and rich technical features, some of which are absolutely innovative. - The helmet is produced with shells of different sizes depending on the size proposed and thus allows us to offer a perfect proportion between the volume of the helmet and the size of the motorcyclist, maintaining the degree of protection and safety unchanged.

- Double P/J APPROVAL

- With clear visor ULTRAWIDE VISOR: scratch resistant (S/R "Scratch Resistant"), with a wide field of vision, making it possible to have a greater view, even lateral, thus guaranteeing maximum driving comfort and increasing active safety.

- Pinlock lens included: The patented adjustment system allows you to adjust the Pinlock® draft, acting from the outside of the visor, without the need to dismantle it. The silicone profile, adopted under the Pinlock® license, allows, firstly, to increase the air gap between the outside and the inside, thus further reducing the risk of fogging and, secondly, to reduce the risk of scratches to the visor.

- Sun visor: Printed in LEXAN„¢*, features S/R (scratch-resistant) and F/R (fog-resistant) treatment and offers UV protection up to 400 nanometers. It can be easily dismantled for maintenance and cleaning and is adjustable in various positions. The (patented) drive system allows it to be automatically recalled to the non-use position, thus simplifying any emergency maneuvers resulting from the need to quickly restore the maximum visibility offered by the visor.

- With opening chin guard: CHIN GUARD ROTATION WITH ELLIPTICAL TRAJECTORY

- DUAL ACTION (PATENTED): Exclusive chin guard opening system which, positioned in the center of the same, allows it to be opened with just one hand. The double action mechanism reduces the risk of accidental opening: only after having activated the first release lever (or safety) is it possible to lift the chin guard by acting on the second lever.

- LPC - LINER POSITIONING CONTROL: allows you to adjust the position of the liner which, for the same helmet size, allows you to change the position of the helmet itself on the head, adapting it to different needs and anatomical conformations.

- INTERNAL CHEEK PADS COVERING IN POLYSTYRENE: The helmet has a printed covering of the internal cheek pads in polystyrene which makes it possible to more precisely attach the cheek pads. This coating, which gives the product a fine finish, also provides a seat for the earphones of the N-Com communication system.

- INTERNAL COMFORT PADDING "CARBON FITTING" WITH INNOVATIVE NETWORK CONSTRUCTION: The internal comfort padding is made with active carbon filaments, a thermoregulatory, antistatic and dissipative element. The cap, with an innovative mesh construction, facilitates the diffusion of air in the upper part of the head which, in this way, keeps it fresh and dry.

- EYEWEAR ADAPTIVE: System designed for the comfort of those who wear glasses

- MICROLOCK2 retention system (PATENTED): It is a patented double lever retention system with micrometric adjustment. It is composed of an ergonomic opening lever in thermoplastic material and a second, toothed and sealing one, in aluminium. The toothed lever releases the micrometric band and it is therefore possible to open the chin strap only after the opening lever has made a very large rotation. This measure reduces the possibility of involuntary openings.

- N-COM PREPARATION: The helmet is prepared and approved with the N-Com communication system installed. The helmet preparation system, as well as the N-Com product compatible with it, have been designed with the aim of facilitating the assembly operations of the system itself in the helmet.

- CHINSTRAP BANDS INTEGRATED INTO THE CHEEK PADS, removable and washable

- MONOBLOCK PILLOWS: The internal expanded foam padding of the pillows are designed to offer uniformity of pressure and consistency of performance over time that is superior to that offered by traditional padding. They can also be removed from their respective fabric covers to facilitate washing of the latter.
