With TWARON© the fabric that challenges steel, high resistance to heat, cuts, no melting point, very low flammability, make TWARON an innovative synthetic fiber with very high protection. PMJ uses ballistic type TWARON in its products, the same used in the production of bulletproof vests, which differs from all other aradimic knitted fabrics, thanks to the shuttle construction with weft/warp weaving. The material obtained from these innovative yarns is much thicker and more compact, but obviously also much more resistant. The resistance is much higher than Aramid Fiber/Cotton blend fabrics, knitted fabrics, lining fabrics and felt.



PMJ is the only company that has carried out the abrasive and cut resistance test on our aradimic fibre. The test is the same used to test technical clothing for motorcyclists and offers values ??known throughout the world (EN13595). Obtaining a value equal to 7.90 seconds of resistance thus reaching the maximum expected safety level: level 2.
