Description
The flagship of Ixon's know-how, this product from the Racing line is a concentration of technologies inspired directly by our experience and expertise in MotoGP. Every detail, from the cuts to the structure, to the accessories, has been studied based on our work with the best riders in the world. Nothing has been left to chance, from the aerodynamic hump to the sliders, and through the ODA, everything has been designed to offer you an exceptional technological and ergonomic experience.
The jacket is made primarily of cowhide with localized micro-perforations, enriched with 4-way stretch nylon panels on the chest, sleeves and shoulders. To ensure optimal air circulation, the back is equipped with a 3D mesh reinforcement, while a soft mesh lining ensures greater breathability. For colder days, an easily removable 80g sleeveless thermal vest is included.
Safety is a priority, with CE level 1 approved BETAC type B protectors on the elbows and shoulders and ODA dual-density polymer external shoulder shells. The running collar with neoprene collar, the cuffs with semi-autolocking zips, and the Velcro adjustment loops at the waist contribute to the comfort and practicality of use, while the YKK main zipper guarantees a secure and long-lasting closure.
The jacket also features double security stitching for durability and comfort gussets for maximum comfort in the riding position. The aerodynamic hump, inspired by MotoGP, together with the reflective inserts on the biceps and lumbar, improves both aerodynamics and visibility. It is possible to connect jacket and trousers via zip and connection buckle.
The jacket is CE and PPE class AAA certified according to the EN17092 safety standard and offers a Slim Fit, regulated, pre-shaped and close-fitting cut. It also features two external zippered pockets, one internal mesh pocket and one internal zippered pocket. As an option, a CE approved back protector can be added.
