The Ixon Comfort-Sizing product range is specifically dedicated to plus sizes and responds to the requests of motorcyclists of robust build (from 80 kg to more than 130 kg) but of standard height. The waist and chest measurements increase significantly compared to the standard cut, while the arm and leg measurements are almost similar.

IXON CE Protective Technology product: IXON CE Protective Technology products guarantee the highest level of protection and safety in the IXON range.

A garment for motorcycling conceived and developed with the aim of combining optimal protection without compromising comfort of use. Tested and approved by certified "experts".

It combines and guarantees at least 7 essential safety points:1. Impact: Guarantees the use of CE certified protections inside the clothing. These protections increase shock absorption on the most exposed areas. Protectors are mandatory for elbows and shoulders on a vest; for trousers they are mandatory on the knees and hips. The back protector is not mandatory, nor are the protections on the phalanges for the gloves.

2. Abrasion: Simulates the impact on the road caused by a motorcyclist falling. CE certified materials are significantly more resistant to abrasion. Ixon has selected and uses exclusively a material capable of combining resistance and maximum comfort: Noxiguard. It is a 600D polyester whose Higt-Density weave and exclusive coating ensure excellent resistance.

3. Tear: the fibers and their density give a unique structure to the fabric and allow for superior tear resistance compared to classic fabrics.

4. Cut: simulates the penetration of a sharp object during a fall. CE certified materials reduce the risk of perforation.

5. Seams: The seams are tensile tested and improve the overall strength of the garments.

6. Preservation of ergonomics: check the ease of movement during use and the correct positioning of the protections inside the garment.
